This was our 3rd time staying in the Rialto and the excellent standards have been maintained post covid, which sadly, has not been our experience in other hotels. Staff are absolute diamonds throughout the hotel and Lisa on reception gets a gold star for her outstanding approach to making guests feel welcomed and comfortable. The hotel is on the smaller side compared to others in Benidorm, which is wonderful as it means less chaos in the restaurant, bar and pool area. Rooms are spacious with small fridge, safe and air con all free of charge. Beds very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Bathroom is big - fantastic shower, hairdryer and lovely toiletries provided. Hotel is situated in a quieter area with some good bars, however, the main strip of bars (madness) is only a 10 minute walk. People have previously claimed the hotel is on a ‘steep hill’ - this is nonsense, it’s on a gradual incline that I can easily walk up it even though I’m nearly 70 with significant mobility issues.

Clean, simple hotel, similar in comfort to a Premier Inn (UK). This hotel is a little away from the main strip and there is a slight walk uphill when returning at night but it is near enough to all the action. The pool is not that big but there are enough sunbeds around it for all guests that want one. The rooms had good storage with a large shower room and was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with fresh eggs cooked to taste. We had variety of salads at lunchtime which looked fresh = no limp lettuce. There was hot food available but we didn't try that, so can't comment. Lisa on reception is very friendly and its a nice touch that she seems to remember most of the guests first names. A very pleasant stay and value for money.

Location was spot in, always beds available by the pool, food was great and so many choices each night, drinks very reasonably priced.

Very clean rooms. The staff were lovely, the food great. Acsessable to the pool easy and safe. Comfy beds and decent pillows. And nice new balcony glass instead of metal railings. Check out could be extended for a fee. All in all a lovely relaxing stay

very nice service , very clean rooms , excellent food choice plenty of different foods for all. excellent location for the fiestas and some great bars .
